The Kings Arms Bed & Breakfast - London

Everything is excellent.

It is undoubtedly an extremely convenient option when in London. The place is clean, the room is airy, the staff is really kind and very, very nice. Its location is favourable & amazing, short walk to a lovely local pub. The room is reasonably priced.

Our hotel rooms were a nice size and compact, with bathroom. Toast and cereal in the mornning in bar.

We had family room with bathroom. It was neat and everything was perfect.

Reasonably priced and delightful hotel, polite staff, enjoyed the amazing location really close to Ealing at Premier Inn, travelodge and holiday inn express, the closest subway station being Ealing Broadway, which is reachable by the district and central underground trains and the district and central underground trains. Airy and spotless room with nice decor, spent our time lovely. We had an exceptional service, very good breakfast. Besides, the parking was nearby.

The room was clean, but there was an annoying noise from the bar.

Perfect Place for Exploring London!

Despite the stairs, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff were good. We loved wandering to nearby shops and cafes, savoring local treats. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful experience, amazing staff!

I stayed for 2 nights in a Single Room Shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location offered easy access to public transport. Breakfast had a nice variety of options. Staff were cute and helpful 😊

The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices, perfect for our kiddo, and the location was super convenient, just a quick walk to the underground and local shops.

It's quite a climb up and down the stairs with all our bags and little ones in tow.

The stay was quite pleasant for one night while we explored nearby attractions. The room was of fairly good size, with comfortable single beds and a small ensuite. Access to the train station was easy, which was a major plus for our family. The evening dining experience in the pub downstairs added to our enjoyment, as the food was quite tasty.

It was a nice choice for a lightning trip in London with really good value. The staff was lovely and made the stay pleasant.

Oh mate, hit up Limeyard for some fab Chinese grub and try Chantal Cafe Restaurant for a cheeky brunch, proper bites! Plus, staff were nice and the breakfast spread was decent too.

But crikey, opening the hot water in the shower was a right mission, had to use pliers! And don't expect the hot water to rush in. It's more of a slow stroll.

I stayed for 2 nights in a standard double room and was actually surprised by how cozy everything felt. The staff were friendly and the breakfast included fresh pastries and a selection of juices. It was definitely a great choice for my stay in london, exceeding the comfort of places i've previously stayed at.
